Dear Customer Following the announcement by the government over the weekend, I would like to inform you that all of our Fayers Plumbing and Building branches will remain fully operational, so we can continue to support and fulfil our customers’ requirements at this difficult time. Dear Customer As concern return about COVID-19 and the impact on business in the UK and here in London, Fayers and our associated companies, are still committed to keeping our branch network and showrooms open, and we are doing all we can to protect our staff and customers at this time. Dear Customer, We are pleased to announce that all 4 of our trade counters will be open from Monday 4th May. Branch opening times will be from 7:30am until 4.30pm, Monday to Friday and closed for lunch between 12.30 -1.30pm. All trade counters will remain closed on Saturday until further notice. Our Trade Counters and warehouse teams will be working on a reduced staffing level to help ensure the required social distance minimum of 2 meters. We have also implemented increased safety measures such as social distancing, providing hand sanitiser, masks for staff to wear and increased levels and frequency of cleaning and safe working procedures.
